By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We do not intentionally store complete credit or debit card details on our own systems.

Payment transactions may be subject to Stripe's own terms, policies, and security procedures.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped using Emirates Post or other available delivery services selected or arranged by Shanz.

We provide worldwide shipping where available.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities may be outside Shanz's control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Shanz is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Customs Duties, Taxes and Import Charges

For international orders, the customer is responsible for all applicable:

  • VAT or sales taxes

  • Customs clearance charges

  • Brokerage or handling fees

  • Other charges imposed by the destination country

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns for products that are found to have a manufacturing defect or fault, as well as products received in an incorrect size, subject to our return conditions and requirements.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shanz does not pay or reimburse return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, or other charges associated with returning an order.

Order Cancellation
